With almost 20 years experience in the home building arena, Andrew Williams and Matthew Taylor set up Tailor Made Constructions as an opportunity for clients to create a home to exactly suit their lifestyle.

Andrew amd Matthew place emphasis on ensuring that his team is able to offer quality sustainable homes, quality craftsmanship, quality design and quality relationships built on trust and support.  "It is our aim to exceed customer expectations, and offer 100% satisfaction"  
 

 
Both Andrew and Matthew has been actively involved in the building industry for over 20 years, mastering all aspects of building through  practical applications, overseeing development teams and consulting for design and construction.

Tailor Made Constructions specialise in quality built Tailor Made dream homes and are recognised for their expertise in maximising the potential of a clients' land. More recent Tailor Made homes have been constructed on waterfront blocks at Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove for projects where construction costs were in the $500,000 - $1.5m bracket.  Essentially though, they are able to cater to most budgets.
